This is a simple decorative idea for a commercial building, that needed a simple clean up at the lowest possible budget. The floors used to be gray concrete, the walls cement blocks painted white. Staining the floor to blue and painting the wall various shades of gray (5 shades here) make the hall bit more cheerful and definitely cleaner looking.
